合作范围与执行约定Scope and working terms
付款建议｜定金 + 分期建议签署后支付 50% 定金；首 2 集脚本/角色方向确认后支付 30%；最终成片交付前支付 20%。具体比例与节点由双方填写确认。
Suggested payment plan | Deposit + milestones
Suggested: 50% on signing, 30% after approval of the first 2 scripts and character direction, and 20% before final delivery. Both parties must confirm the final percentages and milestones.
修改次数｜每阶段最多 2 轮套餐包含脚本、角色方向、分镜、成片各阶段最多 2 轮整合反馈。已批准阶段的大幅重做、超出范围新增内容或第三方素材变更，先评估时间与费用并书面确认。
Revisions | Up to 2 rounds per stage
Includes up to 2 consolidated feedback rounds for scripts, character direction, storyboards and final edits. Major changes to an approved stage, new out-of-scope work or third-party asset changes require a written time and cost agreement first.
版权与使用范围｜需签署时确认客户在付清本项目费用后，可在 Butter & Bread 自有品牌渠道进行商业发布与推广。制作源文件、第三方工具/素材许可及其他转授权范围，须在最终协议中另行写明；未约定部分不默认为转让。
Rights and usage | Confirm at signing
After full payment, the client may publish and promote the work on Butter & Bread owned brand channels. Production source files, third-party tool or asset licences, and sublicensing must be specified in the final agreement; unspecified rights are not presumed transferred.
平台发布｜由客户负责本报价包含成片文件交付，不包含代运营、账号登录、排期发布、广告投放或平台审核沟通。客户负责账号、文案/标签确认及最终发布。
Platform publishing | Client-managed
This quote covers delivery of final video files only. Account management, account access, scheduling, paid promotion and platform review are excluded. The client manages accounts, approves captions and tags, and publishes the content.
品牌素材｜由客户提供客户提供经授权的品牌 Logo（优先透明 PNG / SVG / AI 原文件）、产品与门店参考图及需展示的文字。Logo 将在后期贴合真实素材；生成阶段不承诺准确生成 Logo 字样。
Brand assets | Supplied by client
The client supplies an authorized logo (transparent PNG, SVG or AI source preferred), product/store references and required copy. The authentic logo will be composited in post-production; accurate logo lettering is not promised from generation.
AI 生成说明｜含人工审核与后期角色、场景、画面或声音可能由 AI 工具辅助生成，并经人工策划、审核、剪辑与后期处理。不同平台的 AI 内容标注、音乐/声音许可和商业使用规则，双方交付前共同核验。
AI-generated content | Human review and post-production included
Characters, settings, visuals or voices may be created with AI assistance, followed by human direction, review, editing and post-production. Both parties will verify platform disclosure rules and music/voice licensing and commercial-use terms before delivery.
周期与前置条件｜按确认后排期周期为估算，按每周约 1–2 条制作安排；从收到定金、品牌素材及必要反馈后起算。客户审阅延迟、范围变更或生成返工会相应顺延。
Schedule and dependencies | Starts after confirmation
Timelines are estimates based on roughly 1–2 episodes per week, starting after deposit, brand assets and required feedback are received. Client review delays, scope changes or generation rework may extend the schedule.
